Sandy Lake serves as the Client Services Associate at Aurion Strategies. She initiated her journey in the financial services sector in 2004 and ascended to the role of an investment advisor in 2006. It was the same year when she crossed paths with Amanda, as they collaborated at Edward Jones Investments. Sandy's career in the financial realm spanned until 2014, when she decided to make a significant career switch.  Driven by a strong desire to contribute to healthcare, Sandy obtained her A.S. in Respiratory Care and transitioned into the medical field and became a Registered Respiratory Therapist. Her dedication was truly tested during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, and she made remarkable contributions in this capacity.  Once the pandemic situation started to normalize, Sandy felt drawn back to her roots in financial services. She realized her in-depth experience and insight into financial systems could be effectively utilized and hence made a seamless transition back into the sector, joining Aurion Strategies.  Hailing originally from Kansas, Sandy has had the chance to reside in Florida and the U.S. Virgin Islands. She is a proud mother to her teenage daughter Sidney. As someone who holds a strong affinity for nature, Sandy loves to engage in activities like gardening and plant care. She has a love of music and plays the flute, violin, and piano, but her favorite thing to do is spend quality time with her family and Golden Doodle, Murphy.
