Tony Hayes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and planning. His career began in the mortgage industry in 2000, where he worked as a loan officer and gained expertise in processing loan applications, performing underwriting, credit analysis, and structuring loans. During this time, he also built relationships with private lenders and managed multiple corporate lenders. In 2008, Tony followed his passion for creativity and opened his own high-end salon in 2013, then another in 2019, with a focus on operations managing a staff of nearly 75 different stylists over his career. His experience in business operations and financial management proved invaluable when he joined Aurion as a Financial Advisor, taking over the Central & Northern Florida region in 2023 after joining his sister Amanda Hayes-Blocksom’ s long standing practice.

Tony has a unique understanding of the needs of business owners when it comes to financial planning. He is a valuable asset to the Aurion team, leveraging his diverse background and expertise to provide tailored financial solutions to his clients. Tony resides in Ormond Beach, Florida, with his wife Courtney and their four children. His eldest son Michael was recently accepted into the University of Florida’s engineering program. Go Gators!
